What is the Xtension 32″ Vertical Arcade Machine? The Xtension 32″ Vertical Arcade Machine is a compact vertical-format arcade cabinet handmade in the USA by Rec Room Masters. It fits a 32″ display in vertical orientation, ideal for classic shoot-em-ups and vertical scrollers. Compatible with PC, Mac, Raspberry Pi, MiSTer FPGA, Pandora’s Box, etc. Ships flat-packed via UPS Ground to the US and Canada.

Our upright vertical 2-player arcade machine is one of the most versatile arcade gaming systems on the market. Built for vertical games and pinball, the 32” vertical display gives classic arcade titles the screen presence they deserve. Horizontal games are still comfortably playable with a generous 4:3 viewing area, giving you the best of both worlds in one compact cabinet.
We offer 2 controller options including the absolutely stacked “Plus” version which includes everything you could ever want. These controllers connect to your PC, Mac, Raspberry Pi or other devices through a simple USB connection for a variety of endless gaming options. Controller Options
There are 2 different controller models to choose from depending on your budget and needs. Please carefully read the description of all controllers before selecting to ensure that you choose the Xtensionn controller that supports your gaming needs.
2-Player “Standard” Controller
Features 4 admin/menu buttons, start/coin and 6 action buttons per player, 4 side pinball buttons and front launch button. Authentic Sanwa JLF joysticks! Compatible with PC, Mac, Raspberry Pi, Pandora’s Box, MiSTer FPGA and others. Pre-Configured to MAME Straight Out-Of-The-Box!
3 Switchable Modes! Keyboard / D-Input / XInput
“Standard” Controller Details:

You will not have to take apart your cabinet to replace all of the components with better ones as is the case with many of our competitors. We see this time and time again, due to the fact that many of our competitors include cheap knock-off parts that offer poor performance.
Our cabinets also offer many features that the competition simply does not have. Our easy to remove Xtension controllers can be used as stand-alone controllers should you wish to take them to another room or another location all together! You can also easily swap between any of our Xtension controllers using the same cabinet! These features essentially give you a multi-function cabinet design with the ability to use it as a stand-alone controller or as a full size emulation or console gaming cabinet! Furthermore, because our cabinets are assembled in two halves, they are extremely easy to move and to fit into tight spaces.

Detailed Information About Displays
Cabinet fits most 32" standard VESA mount flat screen monitors/TVs. We recommend purchasing a display where the ports are located on the side or bottom as opposed to the back of the display for easier installation.
We include four 30mm M4 screws/washers. If your monitor/TV requires different length screws, you will have to source them from your local hardware store.
If your ports are on the back, you will need longer screws and nylon spacers to create a gap for your cables between the back of your display and the mount. You will also need a 90 degree HDMI or DisplayPort adapter. You can find these products here:

Steering Wheel & Pedals:
ABOUT: Our steering wheel is designed to attach to the spinner included with our "Plus" controller. We provide a software utility for mapping the pedals to any keyboard keys/mouse clicks that may be required by your emulator.
Coin Door:
ABOUT: Choose between single slot or double slot. When you order a single slot or double slot coin door, we will include the extra wires needed for installation. Since our cabinets are furniture-based products, unfortunately, transit damage through any shipping carrier can occur from time to time. Although this rarely happens, it is at times unavoidable. If you unfortunately experience any form of damage upon unpacking your cabinet, we will immediately issue a return label and ship you a replacement leaving you no burden of replacing parts whatsoever. Requested transit damage always takes top priority to avoid any further delays in your arcade enjoyment.
